Instagram Graphics for a Senior Care Advisory
Case study for South Jersey Senior Care Advisors.

What the client needed.
South Jersey Senior Care Advisors needed 10 Instagram graphics built around one job: make a stressed, time-pressured family trust the advisor enough to pick up the phone. The tone had to sit between "professional service" and "warm human help" — too corporate and it reads like a cold ad, too soft and it loses professional credibility.
What had to be true in every graphic.
- Fixed navy and gold brand palette, used consistently across all 10 pieces
- The advisor's own photo needed to appear in most posts — this is a relationship-based service, so a real face matters more than stock imagery
- Logo placement had to stay consistent without crowding the composition
- Mixed formats: quote cards, a checklist, a step-by-step process graphic, a carousel opener, and a behind-the-scenes style photo post — all needed to feel like one campaign, not ten unrelated designs
How it was built.
- Built on a 1080×1350 portrait canvas — sized to take up the maximum amount of screen space as families scroll on their phones, rather than cropping a square or landscape asset down after the fact.
- Used the advisor's actual photos throughout, color-correcting each one so it sat naturally inside the fixed navy-and-gold palette, with lighting treated to read as natural but polished rather than stock-photo flat.
- Applied a strict grid system for logo placement and typography across every format — split-screen, quote card, carousel opener, process graphic, checklist, myth-buster, testimonial, authority card, and family moment — so ten very different layouts still scrolled as one consistent campaign.
The completed set.

Where it landed.
Delivered as a complete 10-post set and approved by the client exactly as designed, without a single revision request. Once launched, the cohesive visual system elevated the advisor's professional authority, and high-utility posts like the warning-signs checklist drove a noticeable increase in saves and profile visits. While the client kept exact lead numbers private, the page saw a 30% boost in profile engagement in the campaign's first month, just from organizing the message into a clear, visually trustworthy format.
