Business Card Design for Vanilla Unicorn
Case study for Vanilla Unicorn.

The Challenge
What the client needed.
Vanilla Unicorn needed a business card that immediately communicated luxury and exclusivity. The challenge was making a strong visual statement without overcrowding the small canvas — the card had to feel expensive at first glance, not busy.
Constraints
What had to be true in every graphic.
- Strict black and gold color palette
- Zero clutter — letting the logo do the heavy lifting
- Designed specifically with a gold-foil print finish in mind
The Approach
How it was built.
- Went with a heavy, solid dark background to create maximum contrast for the gold elements.
- Relied heavily on negative space — when going for a premium look, empty space is the best tool, forcing the eyes straight to the brand mark.
- Kept the typography minimal and sharp so it wouldn't fight for attention with the main unicorn logo.
The Final Graphics
The completed set.

The Outcome
Where it landed.
A bold, timeless identity piece. The minimal, high-contrast approach fit the brand's premium positioning cleanly, with the logo doing all the work a crowded card usually tries to do with extra elements.
